1. Definitions

• “Tutor” refers to the individual or entity providing tutoring services (Inexorable Tutoring).

• “Client” refers to the student or, if the student is under 18, their parent/guardian who books the services.

• “Sessions” refers to one-on-one or group lessons arranged through the Site.

2. Services Offered

• The Tutor provides mathematics tutoring, tailored to the student’s needs—whether exam-style questions, foundational understanding, or a mix of both.

• Tutoring content and methods will be customized per student preference stated at the start of each lesson.

3. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations

• Clients can book sessions via the “Book a Lesson” feature on the Site.

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify the Tutor at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may still incur full session charges.

• Late Arrival: Lessons missed or started late without prior notice may also be charged in full.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

• Session rates will be clearly communicated prior to booking.

• Payments should be made via the methods specified at booking (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).

• Late Payments: May be subject to additional charges or service suspension.

• Any materials or resources required should be provided by the Client unless otherwise stated.

5. Responsibilities & Expectations

• Tutor Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons professionally and with due care.

  • Arrive on time, prepared, and presentable.

  • Provide clear explanations and engage interactively.

• Client/Student Responsibilities:

  • Attend sessions punctually, with necessary materials, and ready to learn.

  • Keep the Tutor informed of any issues or changes.

  • If the student is a minor, ensure a responsible adult is present or aware of the session.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While the Tutor strives to support learning outcomes, there is no guarantee of academic improvement or specific results.

• The Tutor is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. This includes, but is not limited to, exam outcome impacts or missed opportunities.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Any personal data collected (e.g., contact details, booking info) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Sensitive academic or personal details shared in sessions will remain confidential unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

• All lesson content, materials, and resources provided remain the property of the Tutor.

• Clients may use them for personal education only and may not redistribute, reproduce, or commercialize them without consent.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate these Terms by providing written notice.

• Outstanding fees for services already rendered remain payable as agreed.

10. Changes to the Terms

• Inexorable Tutoring reserves the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified via the Site or email. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
